Students of the Month

Congratulations to seventh graders Madison Bonfitto and Cesar Guerrero for being the MICMS students of the month. Becoming "Student of the Month" is quite an honor. These students are nominated by their teachers to be recognized as "top of the class" for the month. Outstanding students demonstrate good citizenship towards their fellow students and teachers, as well as have a positive attitude that ensures their success.

Congratulations, Rosie won Best of Show at the Collier Regional Science Fair for her project entitled "The Effects of Competitive Running and Its Relationship to the Number of Prescribed Medications and Supplements Taken by Adults". She has been invited to compete on the Collier All Star Team at the Florida State Science Fair!

This year, more than 3,400 student essays were written for the Laws of Life program – a character building activity that helps young people focus on and develop positive character traits that lead to successful citizenship and a successful life.  The contest is sponsored by the City of Naples, Collier County Sheriff’s Office, Collier County Public Schools, and the YPO 49ers.
